My family and I are so thankful to be a part of the ministry of Franklin Church. We share together many triumphs in ministry, mission and church growth. Our church family reaches out to people in our community, the neighborhoods of the less fortunate; and as far away as the mission fields of Liberia with the loving message of Jesus Christ.

The center aisle of our church sanctuary holds a special place in my heart. It is a place for greeting and for sharing the gospel message of love and hope. When you stand in our center aisle you find a warm, friendly place of inclusion and diversity. I always want strangers to feel at home in Franklin Church, and feel welcomed from the first moment they arrive.

Our center aisle is used for weddings, funerals, and baptism and as the path one walks when seeking the presence of God. At the end of every service, I have stood at one end of the center aisle to give the benediction, and then walked to the other end to be warmly greeted by the congregation. Each Sunday we should greet one another with an unconditional acceptance rarely found in our world. The center aisle is the center point for a regular, weekly occurrence where love is shared and hope is renewed.

The ministry of Franklin Church embraces people we may never meet with the open arms of God. I am proud to be your Pastor, and I am confident that our ministry will continue to never be limited by the boundaries of our sanctuary.

Thank you for reaching out in ministry. Your prayers, presence, gifts and service are what continue to make it all possible! Now go forth to continue to serve God and your neighbor in all that you do.

Yours in Christ,

Jim Greer
